SIZING
We cannot accept responsibility for inaccurate finger measurements. As your ring will be custom made to the size you specify it is important that your finger size is professionally measured allowing for an extra-wide ring.
YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been placed with us and cleared you will receive an email confirmation of your order and it will normally be despatched as soon as possible within 30 days.
DELIVERY
For international deliveries your ring will be despatched using FedEx couriers to the credit/debit card holders address only and will require a signature as proof of delivery.
GUARANTEE / RETURNS POLICY
If your ring does not arrive in perfect condition you are entitled to a 30 day right to return for a replacement. The ring should be returned unused in its presentation box, outer packer and in suitably secure packing. We recommend you insure your postage as we are unable to process a replacement until we receive the returned goods. Carriage for replacement will be charged and not refunded.
